Maybe it will be a "I know what it's like to be blue and fuzzy"-connection.

About Beast of Bayville from the continuum:
"In this episode, we get to learn a little bit more about Hank McCoy, and how he makes a personal connection with one of the X-Men," story editor Greg Johnson told The Continuum. "For McCoy fans, this is one not to miss."
Because of the nature of the episode, a logline is not being released. Images, if they are released, will be posted later on Friday.

Today's Episode: Adrift
Well, first, I'm annoyed that I woke up late and didn't get to see the first 5 minutes of the episode, and did't get to tape the first 10 minutes of the episode(have to wait for a rerun now).
I really wish I'd at least gotten to tape the awsome scene with Nightcrawler's image inducer going nuts. That was freakin' hilarious, man!
Not a whole lot of focus on Nightcrawler this episode, but as always he manages to steal all the scenes he's in. (The professor's joke made me shriek, though.)
Beside's Nightkiddo, I also enjoyed the snowball fight. Good use of new characters there.
Finnally let me say that as little as I want to see Kurt and Kitty get together, I'd understand it a lot more than Kitty and Lance getting together.
Lance: "Hey, remeber how we went to the same school?"
Kitty: "Yeah, and remember that time you used me to break into the school's office then tried to kill me and my family?"
Lance: "Yeah, that was awesome. Wanna get a soda?"

ok, in short:
Scott had gone to visit Alex and was taping Alex surfing when a really big storm hits. He wants to call for help, but Alex says he'll look dumb and to just go get him. So Scott *borrows* a boat and goes off to find Alex, who is being pulled to sea by *I forgot what it's called*. Scott manages to contact the Coast Guard and find Alex, who is shooting beams into the sky. They ran out of gas and get thrown off the boat. All this while, Kurt is messing with his image inducer over at the institute, and while Kitty is talking to Lance over the phone, "muscle-boy" Kurt appears looking like he's been on steroids and trying to impress (but the inducer fails) and he leaves. Only for the inducer to retort to "chubby" version of Kurt. Outside, Iceman is leading a one-man army against Magma, Jubilee, and Bezerker in a snowball fight. And Beast joins in.
Back to the Rescue Chopper finds them, and is about to get Alex on board when lightning strikes it. Scott saves Alex again, but the rescuers fall far away and can't find them.
All the while, news of the storm and of "two missing teenage boys" has reached the institute (Kurt scared Jean out of her chair by walking in with a head ten sizes bigger than his body). The Prof, Storm, and Jean go off to search for Scott and Alex. They arrive just in time as a funnel tube touches down on the water and starts pulling Alex and Scot in. The two are rescued and go back home. Once everything is settled, Kurt gets back his fixed image inducer from the Prof, turns it on, and goes in to visit Scott, who's is resting and in company of Jean. NC asks Cyke how he is and Cyke replies "I'm fine ... Ma'am" Kurt then looks in the mirror and sees girl-Kurt staring back with dark lipstick. The Prof says: "sorry, I couldn't resist"
I got freaked out too, Garble.

I was amazed how well Scott's glasses stayed on this episode!!! Usually someone bumps into him and he ends up blasting everything in sight. This episode he's thrown around the ocean by a hurricane and his shades never slip once. Maybe he finnally got straps.
